Performance Announcements

6:15 PM: Choir and orchestra, be in your seats
7:00 PM: Performance begins

Coats, instrument cases, and other items can be stored safely in the Choral Room, which will be locked during the performance.

Recommended Dress:
Orchestra: concert black
Choir Ladies: blouses or tops with colors of the Christmas season, coupled with black skirts or dress slacks
Choir Gentlemen: dark suits with white shirts and seasonally-colored ties.

Please return borrowed music following the performance. Look for collection boxes on both sides of the stage.

8:00 AM: Doors open
8:30 AM - 10:15 AM: Light breakfast in the foyer
9:00 AM: Orchestra, be in your seats, tuned up, and ready to start
10:30 AM: Choir, be in the auditorium, ready to be seated

Everyone, please arrive early so you can enjoy a light breakfast in the foyer (NO FOOD IN THE AUDITORIUM) and get your name tags. Leave your name tag on your seat when you leave.

Small water bottles will be available, but bring your own if you have one.

This is getting exciting! Your sound is amazing!
